1 Definitions & Acceptance of Terms

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words carry the meanings stated:

• "u388 Platform" refers to the u388.vin website along with all associated mobile apps, services, and tools operated by u388.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account on the u388 platform and was aged 18 or above at the time of registration.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total cash available in a member's account, excluding any bonus balance that has yet to meet wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to credits awarded through promotions or rewards programmes that remain subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn from the platform.

By using the u388 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of these Terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the u388 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion or prohibition list imposed by any relevant authority.
• Not registering on behalf of any other individual, or for commercial purposes without written consent from u388.
• Register using true, accurate, and up-to-date personal information — including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.

U388 reserves the right at any time to request proof of identity and age from any member. The KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process may be required before a withdrawal is processed, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. Documents that may be requested include a national identity card, passport, or a recent utility bill as proof of address.

3 Registration & Account Management

Registering a u388 account is free and open to all eligible individuals. The following rules govern account management:

• One account per individual: Each member is permitted to hold only one active account on the u388 platform. Opening a second account, whether under a different name, email address, or phone number, is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Information accuracy: All information submitted during registration must be accurate and up to date. You are responsible for updating your details via your account profile whenever changes occur.
• Password security: You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• Voluntary Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, ensure all valid balances have been withdrawn.

U388 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. u388's decision in this matter is final.

4 Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

U388 supports a variety of payment methods for players in Malaysia, including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 for most payment methods.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your account balance within minutes after payment confirmation.
• U388 does not impose any processing fees on deposits made by members.
• Every deposit must be made from an account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 and is processed to your Malaysian bank account within 5–15 minutes after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as your u388 account.
• For first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding a certain amount, identity verification (KYC) may be required before processing.
• Any withdrawal attempt involving funds from illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonus & Promotions

U388 offers members a wide range of bonuses and promotions, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, daily reload, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements clearly stated in each promotional offer.

• Wagering requirement: Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement (e.g. 15x or 20x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered that number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• Validity period: All bonuses have a stated validity period. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirements are met will be automatically voided.
• One active bonus at a time: In general, only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse restriction: Any attempt to exploit the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts, collusion between players, or other methods deemed fraudulent, will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

U388 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. u388's decisions on all matters relating to the evaluation and awarding of bonuses are final.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the u388 platform operate using independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG), ensuring every game outcome is fully random and fair. The following are the general game rules:

• All game results recorded by the u388 system are final, unless a significant technical error is proven to have occurred.
• In the event of a connection disruption or technical error during an active game, any affected wagers will be settled based on the last saved system record.
• U388 reserves the right to cancel or suspend any game suspected of being manipulated or involving fraudulent activity.
• The use of any automated software (bots), unauthorized assistance tools, or methods that exploit system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
• Wagers placed using funds obtained through illegal means or fraud will be voided and reported to the relevant authorities.

For sports betting, all odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are valid. u388 reserves the right to reject or limit any bet deemed unusual or high-risk at our discretion.

7 Member Conduct & Prohibitions

U388 members are required to behave respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using offensive, threatening, or racially charged language in any communication channel on the platform.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the u388 platform.
• Registering or using the u388 platform for money laundering or any financial criminal activity.
• Sharing or selling your u388 account to any third party.
• Using credit card details, bank accounts, or payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the u388 platform to others.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

U388 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• Abuse of promotions or exploitation of the bonus system.
• False or inaccurate registration information.
• Upon request by the relevant legal authorities.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the member in question.

In cases of account closure due to proven fraud or abuse, u388 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account. For closures due to other reasons, valid balances will be returned to the member upon completion of the investigation. The investigation period is between 7 and 30 business days depending on the complexity of the case.

9 Liability Limits

U388 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, u388 cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors or disruptions.

• U388 is not responsible for any losses resulting from internet connection disruptions on the member's end.
• U388 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform.
• U388's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• U388 makes no guarantee that any particular game will produce wins in any given session.

Members acknowledge that gambling carries real financial risk. You place bets using your own money at your sole discretion and risk. u388 encourages all members to play responsibly and set comfortable limits within their own financial means.

10 Terms Amendment & Contact Us

U388 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, unless the amendment is required immediately for legal or security reasons.

By continuing to use the u388 platform after the effective date of any amendment, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms.
